Substantial Rehabilitation of a 6-story 22,850 SF, Voluntary Inclusionary Housing project with a total of forty-nine (49) units. All existing residential units are being updated with new interior finishes, energy efficient appliances, lighting and plumbing fixtures. New energy efficient boilers and heating system will be installed. The exterior of the building will also receive a new EIFS skin, which will bring life to the building and further reduce energy consumption of the building.
West 171st Street Cluster
Substantial Rehabilitation of a five (5),
5-story New Law Tenement buildings with a total of eighty (80) units and a combined total of 69,080 SF. All existing residential units are being updated with new interior finishes, energy efficient appliances and plumbing fixtures. New energy efficient boilers and heating system will be installed. The commercial spaces are also being refinished and updated to comply with the current electrical codes. This project falls under HUD Section 504 requirements. New security intercom systems will also be installed.
East 115th Street Cluster
Moderate to Substantial Rehabilitation of eight (8) 6-story New Law Tenement buildings with a total of one-hundred and ninety (190) units and a combined total of 144,400 SF. All existing residential units will be updated with new interior finishes, energy efficient appliances and plumbing fixtures. Apartments will also be redesigned to utilize efficient use of space. New energy efficient boilers and heating system will be installed. The commercial spaces will also be refinished and updated to comply with the current electrical codes. This project falls under HUD Section 504 requirements and the HPD ANCP Program.
